Retreats & Workshops
These intimate, transformative gatherings are designed to challenge self-limits. We exercise our hearts and minds with program topics including relationship work, communication, conflict transformation, conscious loving, personal and spiritual growth, healing and recovery from trauma, and self acceptance work. We exercise our bodies and souls through movement, yoga, meditation, play, prayer, and occasionally, a sweat lodge. And, courting our inner artist, we explore concepts through writing, clay, journaling, and sacred drama.
Retreats & Workshops are currently held in the Columbia River Gorge in Washington, in the New Mexican desert, and in Coastal Oregon. These scenic locations serve as a home base for Djohariah, as well as a muse for her creative expressions of writing and painting. They are wonderful, inviting places for facilitating change and growth.
